| I really like bringing my car here for an oil change because the mechanics never try up up sell me or convince me I need to do other work on my car. I was surprised, however, that although I had an appointment I think it took an hour. |

| The mechanic who worked on my car had a cigarette dangling out of his mouth. My car smelled for a few'\ hours afterwards. Weird you let these guys smoke around all the combustibles. Must have good insurance. |

| I had 4 new tires put on my car. When I picked up the car my tire pressure light was on so after a couple days I checked the air pressure in all of the tires. The one tire as 20psi in it and the other tire had 55psi in it. I called the store to let them know. Not sure how this could have happened. |

| Tire issue,.. flat tire originally diagnosed as stem issue and since it is gauged tire cost over $150 for the repair. Problem? Didn't fix issue, as I was back with flat tire 1.5 hours later. This time small hole was found on tire: cost of that was waived but I know from a previous repair the value of that was $27. Another thing that makes me think I won't be back is that the last time I brought my suburban in for tire repair of said $27.00 that problem was not fixed either. I ended up taking that back into Murphy's Service, which is closer to my house, and they found a nail in the tire. This last time, with my van, the wait was also about 3 hours for an initial repair that didn't work and likely wasn't needed. |

| I was completely surprised by my 67$ oil change! When I checked in with a competitors coupon for a 19$ oil change I was told it would be matched only to discover that it would be 3 times as much due to synthetic oil. I should have been informed at check in. |

| The people were good to work with after scratching/denting my truck after an oil change/tire rotation. They brought it to my attention right away which was great but, it took 4 weeks to get it fixed. One week of which it sat at the body shop without being touched when I could have been driving that instead of the yellow van. Disappointing service and time. I will not be returning. |

| i brought my truck into the St. Louis Park location for an oil change last week. the oil change was finished in a timely manner, but the person pulling my truck out of the stall turned to early and smashed the side of my truck up against the building. the result is that i have to have the running board, wheel, and the entire bed side replaced. i would say that my overall experience was pretty awful. |

| I stopped in for a price estimate on brakes and resurfacing rotors and was told $1100+ which is insane. My Chevy dealer, from whom I bought the 2012 Captiva quoted me $360.00. |

| This was my first experience with your company. I went in and asked for a quote on the service I wanted. The person who quoted me appeared to be a manager. When the job was done there was an additional charge of $15.00 for "rags,and a few other things" when I questioned him he got an attitude with me. Argued with me, then reluctantly credited me for it. The man at the register was good. Unfortunatetlly, I would not go back. Don't trust it, don't feel I was treated well. Mary |
