| The people at Youngstedts Brookside location are really good at their job, always explain things to me until I understand, and are completely honest. There have been times when they could have done something on my car, and I wouldn't have known any better, but they explained that it doesn't really need doing just yet, and we wait. I love this shop!! |

| I was given a "FREE LUBE/OIL CHANGE/FILTER card by Bob (he's now gone) and I was told that I had to pay an upcharge due to the type oil required. I don't think that is the intention on a "FREE" service. I will not use Yongstedts again. I have been a loyal customer and have spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars with you! |
